The outside systems the agent can call mid-conversation. Each connection gives the agent a capability — open a ticket, look up an order, book an appointment — and each one adds its own latency to the call.
No outside system is connected to this agent. It works only from the knowledge base and the nodes in the flow; it cannot read or write external data.
